Key Responsibilities:
Matt was part of the core leadership team for this project, managing a team of 40+ at its peak, overseeing development of LotB from prototyping through launch & live ops. Post Launch, Matt took on additional responsibilities as Product Manager; proposing, scheduling, and managing in-game promotions and events.
Worked directly with the Game Director, the VP of Product – Core RPG, and external partners to set project objectives, hiring and staffing needs, creative & design direction, development priorities, project schedule.
Collaborated with discipline leads, team members, the dev ops & shared tech teams, as well as my delegate Associate Producer to ensure the delivery of high quality product features and assets.
Coordinated weekly with representatives of the band to ensure that marketing initiatives were supported through appropriate social channels and align with brand objectives and key events.
Worked with Game Director, Marketing Director, game designers, engineers, artist, and QA to ensure successful executions of several live events that have driven significant gains in game performance across all KPIs.
Led Iron Maiden: Legacy of the Beast to a studio-best 4.5★ rating on iOS and Android, and a Top-10 new games feature on iOS.
